  23. I have used various 16bit word processors, spreadsheets and databases
  24. and various other utility programs on WinNT 3.51 and haven't run into
  25. any problems yet.  The fact that NT is native 32-bit has not been a
  26. problem.  The fact that is *also* very good at networking is only a
  27. plus.
